Refunds for Quire licenses and sync purchases.
If Quire cannot convert your supported device, or if you bought the wrong plan, contact us quickly so we can help.
How to request a refund
Email support@readwithquire.com with the email used at checkout, the order ID if you have it, and a short description of the issue.
Eligibility
- We review refund requests made within 14 days of purchase.
- If setup cannot convert a compatible, factory-reset Android device, we will help troubleshoot or refund the purchase.
- If a purchase was accidental or duplicated, contact us before converting additional devices.
- Refund handling may also depend on Lemon Squeezy checkout rules and applicable consumer law.
After a refund
Refunded licenses may be deactivated, and associated conversion or sync slots may stop working. You can still restore normal Android from the reader when the device is available.
